It’s Not Over
Devotional by Crystal Jewell-Maksou
Isaiah 40: 8 (NKJV) – The grass withers, the flower fades, but the word of our God stands forever.
Today there is a situation among many others you might be facing. You have prayed and prayed for so long, yet have not physically seen the hand of God in your situation. Sometimes it is hard to see the forest for the trees. Sometimes we just can’t comprehend why things are taking so long. My precious sister, know God’s timing is perfect.
It’s not over in any situation until God says it is. It might look impossible. From your view, there is just no way. Let me assure you today that our Father is stirring His pot of grace. In the spiritual realm, He is preparing hearts, adjusting people, opening doors, calling forth opportunity, lifting up a standard against the enemy, and coming into the scene like never before. The Lord delights in His children. He desires for us to have the abundant life in Him. Your season is near. The devil is making things look like there will never be change. God says, “The change has already been made. Hallelujah!!! Nothing can separate Me from My children. I have opened up the store gates of Heaven and am preparing a blessing you won’t believe. Hold on My child, hold on. Draw your strength from Me. Look to Me from where your help ALWAYS come from. Praise Me! It is coming!”
Stand on the word of the Lord. He never fails. His plan, ways, and timing are perfect. This is your season. Believe it, receive it, and thank Him for it. Your faith will make you whole in Jesus name.
Prayer: Father, thank you for never failing me. Thank you for reminding me that You are all sovereign. All my prayers have been heard by You in Jesus name. Amen.
(Malachi 3; 10, Isaiah 40; 20-23, Psalm 145; 3)
